An entrepreneur falsely accused his younger compatriot of stealing Dh5,000 in order to avoid him from reporting which he molested him, a court heard.
The 46-year-old Saudi Arabian man allegedly abused the 20-year-old complainant because latter within their hotel in Naif.
The man who was allegedly molested declared that he entered Dubai in July, on a visit visa, together with the defendant to purchase spare car parts. They stayed in a hotel and subsequently morning, he was surprised when the defendant lay in addition to him and experimented with molest him. He cannot push the accused away as they was stronger. He told the accused which he would complain against him but he asked him not to.
A police lieutenant said both men stumbled on law enforcement station each morning. %u201CWhile the older man claimed that the younger man stole Dh5,000 from him, the latter denied the theft and explained how the defendant molested him,%u201D the officer told the prosecution.
The complainant declared his underwear could bear a symbol to his claims, and added how the defendant was maliciously accusing him of stealing Dh5,000 to intimidate him preventing him from reporting the sexual abuse. The police officer then checked the place room nonetheless it was clean.
Security cameras installed with the hotel showed the defendant carrying a plastic bag and dumping it from the window at the hotel before exiting the spot.
The police seized the bag also it is discovered to contain cigarettes, pants and garments.
The defendant%u2019s DNA matched with this from the semen stains based in the complainant%u2019s underwear.
